CoinZoom: Funding CoinZoom Account with a Wire Transfer (Fastest)

The most efficient, cost-effective and quickest method to fund your Coin Zoom account is by initiating a wire transfer.

The first step is to log into your Coin Zoom account and click on the Portfolio tab. The first currency in your portfolio will be the US Dollar. Scroll all the way to the right and click on Deposit.

There are multiple methods that can be used to fund your Coin Zoom account, but be aware of the fees and the hold times associated with each of them. For example; if you do an ACH deposit, instead of a wire deposit, Coin Zoom could hold your funds for up to 21 days.

You DO NOT want that!

By the way, that is the industry standard that you will also find with most of the crypto exchanges.

Click on the wire transfer tab. When you do a wire they say it could take 2 to 3 days, but that is usually only the first time you do a wire. Once you’ve established a relationship with Coin Zoom it should be even faster!

Ok, so what information do you need to know to perform a successful wire transfer?

First, you will need to know the name of the recipient, which is Coin Zoom, Inc. You will also need Coin Zoom’s physical address! The account number identifies the Coin Zoom account number at their bank, and the routing number identifies the bank that Coin Zoom uses for wires.

You DO NOT need their swift code! A swift code is ONLY used for banks outside the United States.

The most important thing to remember is that you MUST use your account reference number. This is the number, or code, that identifies YOUR Coin Zoom account! If it is omitted or wrong, Coin Zoom will not know where to send the money and the wire will be returned!

You might also need Coin Zoom’s bank name, and address, which is located on this page. Send the information on the Wire Deposit Instructions screen to your financial institution where you want to initiate the transfer. Be sure to include the Reference number, which is your unique account identifier.

Once the funds clear they can be converted into crypto currency. We will discuss the process to converting your funds into crypto on the next video. If it is the first time you are doing a wire to Coin Zoom they may place a 7 day hold on the funds, but if that happens you can open a support ticket and they will help you get the funds released quicker!

CoinZoom: Where to find your USDT TRC-20 wallet address

In this short training video, I will show you where to locate your USDT TRC-20 wallet address so you can accept USDT using the Tron network. Typically sending USDT on the Tron network will save you fees! More experienced crypto investors typically prefer Tron over Ethereum.

First, login into your CoinZoom account, go to portfolio and locate USDT.

Scroll all the way to the right-hand side of the page and click on receive.

A box will appear alerting you to only send the USDT coin to this wallet address. And sending any other digital asset will result in permanent loss. Click I understand!

Another box will appear asking you to select which network you want to use to receive your USDT.

You can choose either the Tron network or the ethereum network.

In our other training videos, we’ve used ethereum, but this video I am showing you how to retrieve your Tron wallet address for USDT. This is called a TRC-20 wallet address.

Click on Tron and it’s going to give you your USDT TRC-20 wallet address.

Notice that the wallet address for the Tron network starts with the T.

CoinZoom: Where to find the transaction hash ID

In this short training video, we will show you how to locate the transaction hash ID on CoinZoom.

After making a transfer, click on the transactions tab and change the filter to show only the transactions for the currency you used in the transaction. In this demo, we used USDT.

Once you have filtered the transactions, locate the specific transaction and click on the lowercase “i” symbolizing info. A box will appear displaying the wallet you transferred the funds to and the transaction hash ID.

If the transaction hash ID does not appear, it means that your transfer has not been registered on the blockchain yet. In this case, close the box, refresh the page, and try again later.

Remember, locating the transaction hash ID is crucial for tracking your transactions and ensuring that they have been successfully processed on the blockchain.

CoinZoom: Convert USDT to USD

In this short demo, I will show you how to convert your cryptocurrency back into USD on coin Zoom. To get started, log into your coin Zoom account and from the main trading screen, click on USD. This will sort all of the USD pairs. In order to convert one currency into another, it has to be paired with the currency you are converting it into. For the purposes of this demonstration, usdt is being converted. To sell usdt, locate the usdt/usd pair by typing usdt into the market search box located on the top left corner of the trading screen. Once you have identified the currency you want to convert, go down to the bottom of the screen and click on sell. Since we are converting a stable coin to keep it simple, you can use a market order. Type in the amount of usdt you would like to sell and then click the red sell usdt button. A new box will pop up letting you know that the order was received. That’s it! You have now converted your crypto back to the US dollar and it is ready to be transferred back to your bank.

CoinZoom: Wire Transfer Withdrawal

In this short demo, I will show you how to do a wire transfer withdrawal from CoinZoom. In order to do a withdrawal from CoinZoom, you will first need to convert your crypto back to the United States dollar or USD. In this video, we will only be focusing on the wire transfer process. I will show you how to convert your crypto into USD on another training video.

Before you can do a wire transfer, you must first add your bank account information to CoinZoom. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Click on the “Settings” tab and then click on the “Bank Details” tab located on the left of the screen.
  2. Click on the green “Add Bank” button.
  3. There are two methods to add your bank details. You can use Plaid for instant verification or you can manually add your bank’s details.
  4. In this demo, we will manually add our bank details. You will need the name on the bank account you are wiring funds to. The name on the bank account should match the name on the CoinZoom account.
  5. Next, you will need the name of the bank and what type of account you are sending funds to. Is it a checking account, a savings account, or a money market account?
  6. You will need the account number and the routing number. Pay close attention to the routing number box. If you want to do a wire transfer (which could be faster), make sure you add your bank’s wire number and not the routing number that is located at the bottom left of your checks. If you use your standard routing number, it will default to an ACH transfer. If you don’t know your bank’s wire number, log into your bank account or call them.
  7. You do not need the Swift number. A Swift code is used for international bank wires. You need your bank’s domestic wire number.
  8. Once you have added all of your bank details, hit the green “Submit” button.

Now, here’s how to do a wire transfer withdrawal from CoinZoom:

  1. From the “Portfolio” window on CoinZoom, locate USD. It will always be the first currency that shows up in your portfolio. Go all the way to the right and click on the red “Withdrawal” button.
  2. Click on the “Wire Withdrawal” tab.
  3. Select the bank you are wiring funds to, then type in the amount you are sending. The minimum amount you can withdraw using the wire method is $100.
  4. You will also need to select where the fee for the wire will be deducted. As a reminder, CoinZoom charges a $25 wire transfer fee.
  5. Most banks won’t require a special note, but if you’re not sure, call your bank and ask them if there needs to be a reference code or special note attached to an incoming domestic wire transfer.
  6. Hit the green “Submit” tab and apply your 2FA approval code.

That’s it! You have successfully taken a wire transfer withdrawal from CoinZoom.

CoinZoom: How to Convert USD to USDT (Tether)

In this short demo, I will show you how to convert your US dollars into USDT on CoinZoom. USDT is considered a stablecoin – a type of cryptocurrency that is designed to maintain a stable value relative to a specific asset, such as a fiat currency like the US dollar. This is in contrast to traditional cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, whose value can fluctuate rapidly and dramatically.

To achieve stability, stablecoins use a variety of mechanisms, such as pegging their value to a fiat currency, holding reserves of the underlying asset, or using algorithms to adjust the supply of the stablecoin based on demand. Stablecoins are often used as a medium of exchange in the cryptocurrency ecosystem, as their stable value makes them less volatile and more predictable than other cryptocurrencies.

Here’s how to convert your US dollars into USDT on CoinZoom:

  1. Log into your CoinZoom account.
  2. Type “USDT” into the market search window located near the top left corner of the main trading screen.
  3. Focus your attention on the bottom right portion of the screen. You don’t need to adjust the settings. Keep this demo simple.
  4. All you need to do is type in the amount of USDT you want to buy in the box labeled “Amount.” CoinZoom charges a small fee, which is a percentage of 0.22% up to 44% of the amount of crypto you are purchasing.
  5. Hit the green button labeled “Buy USDT.” CoinZoom will fill the order, and when the order is complete, it will show under the “Portfolio” tab.

CoinZoom: How to Complete KYC

In this short training video, I will walk you through the process of completing your CoinZoom registration.

To become fully registered with CoinZoom, you will need to complete the KYC process using your smartphone. Make sure to watch this training video first. It’s a simple process, but it’s not exactly obvious, so take your time.

After you have completed the basic CoinZoom registration, go to Settings and then Profile. You can either scan the QR code from your phone or go to the app store or Google Play (depending on whether you have an iPhone or Android) to download the CoinZoom app. Then, log in using the email address and password you used to set up your CoinZoom account.

On the bottom right-hand side of the app, click on “Zoom Me.” Then click on the profile image located at the top right-hand corner. From this page, you should see an icon at the top left-hand corner that looks like a camera icon or three dots. Click on that icon. It should give you a pop-up box that says you can’t access this feature until your KYC is completed. Hit OK to start the KYC process from your mobile device.

You will need either your driver’s license, passport, or an official government ID. Enter the last four digits of your Social Security number, and then pick the ID file that you are going to use. For this demo, I am picking the driver’s license. Hit next.

Now, you will need to scan your driver’s license, passport, or government ID. Take your time, and look at your phone. It will alert you when you are too close or too far. Make sure you get a good, clean picture of your ID. Do the same for the back of the ID – it has to be a clean image.

Finally, take a selfie. The app will guide you if you are too close or too far away, and then it will tell you to blink. That’s it!

Once they complete your KYC and registration, CoinZoom will send you an email. If they reject your application, you can apply again. You have three chances to get it right, so don’t rush. Make sure the pictures are clean and clear.

CoinZoom: Deposit via Wire Transfer

If you want to fund your CoinZoom account quickly and cost-effectively, the best method is to initiate a wire transfer. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Log into your CoinZoom account and click on the “Portfolio” tab.
  2. The first currency in your portfolio will be the US dollar. Scroll all the way to the right and click on “Deposit.”
  3. There are multiple methods available to fund your CoinZoom account, but be aware of the fees and wait times associated with each of them. For example, if you do an ACH deposit instead of a wire deposit, CoinZoom could hold your funds for up to 21 days.
  4. Click on the “Wire Transfer” tab. When you initiate a wire transfer, it may take two to three days. However, this is usually only the case for the first time you wire funds to CoinZoom. Once you’ve established a relationship with them, it should be even faster.
  5. To perform a successful wire transfer, you will need to know the following information:
  • Name of the recipient: CoinZoom Incorporated
  • CoinZoom’s physical address
  • CoinZoom’s account number at their bank
  • The routing number for the bank that CoinZoom uses for wires
  • Your account reference number, which identifies your CoinZoom account. This is the most important piece of information to remember. If it is omitted or incorrect, CoinZoom will not know where to send the money and the wire will be returned.
  1. You may also need CoinZoom’s bank name and address, which can be found on the wire deposit instructions screen.
  2. Send this information to your financial institution to initiate the transfer, making sure to include your unique account identifier.
  3. Once the funds clear, they can be converted into cryptocurrency. The process for converting funds into crypto will be discussed in the next video.
  4. If this is your first time wiring funds to CoinZoom, they may place a seven-day hold on the funds. If that happens, you can open a support ticket and they will help you get the funds released quicker.
